Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order has been placed, we will process and ship your order within  48 hours , excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, please allow up to  3 business days  for your order to be shipped.

Shipping within the USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)

- Orders  $100 or more :  Free Delivery   

 Free shipping is calculated based on your cart value  after all discounts are applied .

- Estimated delivery time:  3–8 business days   

  (Up to 21 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.)

If your order is returned to us, we can resend it for a  $12 standard delivery fee . 

If you choose not to have your order resent, we will process a refund  minus the original shipping cost . 

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Standard delivery to these states is calculated by order weight, with a  starting fee of $15 .

Once you place your order on our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.  

If there are any errors or changes needed, please contact us  right away .

A  $20 fee for repacking and postage  will be charged for any order returned due to an incorrect address. 

If your package is being delivered to a workplace, please include the business name for prompt delivery.
